1 - Cigarette: no more smoking, I quit! Only one or two cigarettes when I'm partying.
2 - Food: less junk food and sushis! More healthy food and start cooking more and more often.
3 - Sport: go back to dancing class! And run more.
4 - Work: being more concentrated at work.
5 - Life: spend more time with my boyfriend and my friends.
