Remember my Paint It Black outfit from a few months ago? This outfit included PVC legging from American Apparel. And that's all people are talking about. They're everywhere now. Everybody's wearing them (Cheryl Cole, Victoria Beckham, Sarah Harding, Paris Hilton...).
