Why? *crying* WHYYYYYYYY???

I am so not happy! I have ordered this cute dress from Vero Moda on Asos last month and JUST 2 DAYS AGO they finally decided to answer my email.
Apparently, it got lost at the post. I have asked if they had any tracking number or anything; again NO ANSWER! What kind of customer care is it?
I used to love ASOS, now I'm really desappointed!

I DON'T WANT ANY REFUND:
I WANT THAT DRESS!!!!!!! :'(
