Get ready for the beach!

Alright, I've been working out quite regularly and it's showing. The other day, one of my colleague asked me: "you've lost weight! how did you do that?" And I proudly answered: "I've just been working out a bit!"
Actually, I've been working out a lot but haven't had a particular diet. I actually still eat the same things, healthy or not, that make me happy. But now with that gorgeous weather, I really want to lose more weight. I'm not really fat but I have a few kilos that I don't need there and there so I need to start dieting. No more kebabs, no more brownies, no more tiramisu.
Ok, diet starts now. I'll let you know how it goes. :)
