Back to the gym!

Got back to the gym. Put on weight lately... Urgh! The drinking, the partying and eating out made me huge again. But I'm losing again and got back on track. I eat right, I drink a lot and exercise A LOT!!! Ok, I'm not huge but I've been slimmer than I currently am. But I'm sure to be on the right path. Sorting things out in my life, going forward at work, things are going smoothly and life is good. Actually, life is great! It can't be perfect but so far I'm feeling good, focusing a lot more on myself made me realise somethings that needed to be sorted out but i'm getting there.

But right now, my main goal is to have the perfect body. I'm getting more and more muscular but all I need now is to lose the fat around my muscles.
I'm thinking about trying a body builder diet. Have you guys tried it? Any advices?

Get ready for the beach - part II

The summer's almost there so it's time to hit the gym!
I am doing really well at the moment, I'm trying to eat as healthy as I can, I eat fruits and green veggies which is good and allow myself half a glass of red wine. I've read on the DailyMail.co.uk that drinking half a glass of red wine is good for your heart and helps you to slim down - while on a diet of course! I also read that Power Plates makes you shed weight twice as fast as aerobics. It is said that the small vibrations contract your muscles in more natural way and you don't even notice it! With a combination of non abrasive excercises, you'll be able to lose more weight without sweating as much as you can sweat on the cross trainer. Also a good thing to do, GO TO THE HAMMAM! The hammam makes you sweat all the extra water you have in your body tat you can't get rid off by excercising and it makes your skin amazingly soft, TRY IT!

The Official England Football Kit 2009 is almost here!

The new England Kit 2009 is soon going to be available in every shops. As usual, it is designed by Umbro. And I've got to say, despise the fact that I'm French, that this kit is really unusal but yet surprisingly amazing! You've probably heard it over and over again about the Italians and their D&G official jackets but this time, the design of the England Football team's kit is even better than that. These shirts looks great and stylish; I LOVE IT!

England vs France: We lost!

Ok, France lost but hey! Look on the bright side, our players are hot! Did you check out the Dieux du Stade calendar? SO SO HOT!

Today is the day: England vs France, the VI Nations.

Today is the day of England's defeat. They're going to have to admit that we're better at their own game, just like football!

Spring is here FINALLY!!!

Winter's been so harsh this year but thank God it seems to be over now!
With the summer coming, it is now time to go back to the gym, lose some weight gained over these cold couple of months cocooning and eating chocolates in bed!

So I've booked an appointment in one of the closest gym club I could find!
I'm going this Monday! I really need to get rid off some weight and tone up a bit then off to the beach! :)

I'm so excited about my holidays: Malta or Greece, I just can't wait!

Bra gjort Källström!!!

Kim Källström plays for the Olympique Lyonnais Football Team (European soccer) and he is my favourite player along with Bodmer. Kim is Swedish (what a surprise!) but he is a really talented football player. He scored tonight against Rennes. Unfortunately, none of the teams won tonight (1 - 1) but Kim put on a good effort and scored after 66 minutes of game.

Bra gjort Källström! Well done Källström!

1, 2, 3, 4 and jump!

I am going to make a few phone calls on monday to a few dancing schools here in Lyon. I am going to take ballet dancing classes for a while, we will see how it goes. I love ballet. I really can't wait! I have found 2 addresses already. I want to go ASAP. I am so excited!

I am also really looking forward to going to the UK again. I had such a great time there, unbelievable! Really can't wait to go back to Wagamama! :) And go Jelly shopping and to the Brand museum in Portobello. But this time, I'm gonna do Tussaud's! I always say that I'm going to Tussaud's but I never do, I hate tourists! But yeah, I need a few pictures there!!! :) Could be fun!
